Movie: The Stanford Prison Experiment ( 8/10 )

Moving movie about human nature.

In 1971, twenty-four male students are selected to take on randomly assigned roles of prisoners and guards in a mock prison situated in the basement of the Stanford psychology building.

Thoughts that came up during the movie:

If you are weak you can't solve the problem.

The system mindfuck us.

Cigarettes and glass of water are privilige in prison.

If you are in prison you're not good citizen. You're criminal.

You don't know what you are capable of until you get in a situation.

Human nature is that we can all turn into beasts when in some hard situation.

If you are weak your reaction is to seek protection.

Good citizen is obidient.

You can take much more bullshit than you think you can.

Revolt the bully ! Set boundaries. Show him your teeths.

Don't take it personally.

Do not accept to be prisoner and therefore victim.

This guy is not sick. He's weak.

You break the law but must be aware of the consequences. If there's no penalty, you go on with anti-social behaviour.
