Sounds very fresh & hard rock 'n roll. They are young and at the beggining of their music journey.
The sound is good and the songs sound fresh.

Slash - Uninspired attempts
Slash new album - Living the dream.
Uninspired attempts. Unnecessary music and lyrics.
Generic and average at best. Perhaps overproduced and sterile. Popish. Boring and forgetable.
Slash's music just doesn't evolve like his playing. He's better than ever on guitar but just doesn't evolve like musician.
Myles's voice just doesn't fit with Slash music. He's OK with some songwriting.
I sense part of the problem is that he tours all the time and doesn't have much time or real inspiration for inspired music writing.

Iron Maiden - Hammersmith 1982
Iron Maiden's 1982 'Beast On The Road' tour has taken on a mythical quality among Metal fans as the tour and the album which really put Maiden at the forefront of Rock and Metal worldwide. The historical show from the Hammersmith Odeon has been specially mixed and co-produced for the casket by Steve Harris and the band's long serving sound engineer Doug Hall. This double CD clearly illustrates how remarkable and ground breaking the tour was in support of the all time classic album, 'The Number Of The Beast'. The accompanying inlay booklet is a complete recreation of the 'Beast On The Road' tour programme and lists all the world tour dates and includes notes from the band written at that time.

Frustration
They say hard work pays off.
Well, I have been working all my life very hard, in the process I've got few life-long illnesses, but the payback and satisfaction just didn't come my way.
It's easy to say I'm frustrated big time.
All my knowledge, skills and experience wasn't enough to get major reward.
And now I'm 40 years old. Where to go from here ?
